How to book:

3) Email us ALL the required documents we need in order to issue you your booking confirmation to reservations@cosyhotelandresort.com and schedule your Airport Pick Up & RT-PCR test :

f.A Certificate of COVID-19 Recovery (if you have only received 1 dose of vaccine OR have contacted Covid-19 over the last 3 months).

4) We will email your Paid Booking Confirmation which you can use to apply for Thailand Pass after you have paid and emailed us the required documents.

* If you are traveling with a child please choose 1 ADULT instead of 1 Child for each child so that our website system will calculate the cost of RT PCR Tests for each child and indicate the age of your child in the “other requirements” section of the Booking Review & Payment Page. Otherwise, our reservations agent will email you with a secure credit card payment link for you to complete payment for your child’s RTPCR Test.

*The package should be booked at least 3 days in advance to guarantee your transportation and RT-PCR test appointment

To enter Thailand, Travelers must register on the Thailand Pass system https://tp.consular.go.th/ with the required documents:

• Paid SHA + Hotel Reservation Confirmation for Day 1 : The prepayment for Day 1 must include : SHA+ accommodation, 1 RT-PCR Test / guest, 1 Self ATK / guest, & a prearranged transfer from the airport to the hotel.
• Passport (Scanned Copies)
• A Certificate of Vaccination (fully vaccinated) for an approved vaccine administered at least 14 days before traveling to Thailand. Travelers 12-17 years of age who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must be vaccinated with at least 1 dose of an approved vaccine, however those traveling with parents are exempt from this requirement.
• Insurance with minimum coverage of $20,000 (Thais and foreign expatriates under Thailand’s national healthcare coverage are exempt from this requirement). However, in the case of a positive test or high risk contact, the hospital, hospitel or hotel isolation must be covered by the traveler).
• A Certificate of COVID-19 Recovery (if you have only received 1 dose of vaccine or have contacted Covid-19 over the last 3 months).
• Thai Visa (If required)

You must submit your Thailand Pass Registration at least 7 days before arrival (Thailand Pass can take from 1 – 7 days for approval)

Key Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will require a written notice to be sent to the hotel along with supporting documents at least 3 days prior to arrival. No cancellation is allowed but bookings can be amended within 72 hours.

• If you are sick or have contacted Covid 19 : please email us your medical certificate & we will amend your booking or refund you.
• If your flight is canceled at the last minute : Thailand Pass QR code is valid for 72 hours so you can book a new flight.
• If Thailand regulations change, the hotel can refund Covid-testing fees via your credit card. ALL Refunds are subjected to a non-refundable 3.5% processing fee.

Mandatory : While waiting for RT-PCR Test results, guests must remain in the room until the RT-PCR test result is negative and confirmed by the hospital.

*All guests must arrive on the same flight.

Important Conditions: (Please consider when booking your flight)

• Check-In Time is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival onwards.
• Guarantee Early Check-In before 11.00 hrs is equivalent to 1 night charge.
• Early Check-In between 11.00-13.00 hrs is on request and subject to our hotel availability.
• Check-Out Time is by noon, 12.00 hrs on the day of departure.
• Guarantee Late Check-Out between 12.00-18.00 hrs is subjected to 150 THB NET / Hour / Room.
• Late Check-Out after 18.00 hrs is equivalent to 1 night charge and subject to our hotel availability.
